I have an Android device but I can’t seem to log into the app?

If you have installed the app but you cannot log in, first check, which operating system you are on and if it's supported by EventPilot.

Do we support your device's current operating system? 


EventPilot supported operating system


If you are on an older operating system, please upgrade to the latest version. On most Android devices, this can be done by going into your device Settings and scrolling down to "system updates".


If you cannot upgrade your older operating system, please ask the event organizer to provide you with the web URL of the app to use on your device.
